What's the best way to print my file?
I've found the best way to go about printing is to use a local print shop such as Office Depot or the like. You can easily upload your PDF to their website and pickup your prints typically within a couple of hours.
What kind of paper should I choose to print on?
Heavy card stock is recommended for the best result. Choose 110 lb. bright white if available.
I received an email from Etsy saying my order shipped. I thought this was a digital download?
It IS a digital download. And no physical item is being shipped to you. If you've made a purchase for something personalized, it's just the way the listing is set up. Etsy automatically sends this message once I mark your order complete. It lets you know that you should have received the email with your personalized file from me directly.
