- We only use cosmetic grade mica, soap dye, and FDA approved batch certified lakes and dyes for colorant. If you have skin sensitivities to colors, please do a patch test before use, or you can choose one of our color/dye free products.

- We only use high quality, phthalate free fragrances.

- We never use parabens in any of our bath products.

Though all of our products are shrink wrapped or are inside a resealable bag, the products will perform best if kept in a cool, dry environment, away from sunlight, until they are used. Avoid humid areas (like bathrooms) for storage, as some products my prematurely activate if exposed to humidity. Bath bombs, bubble scoops, and bath salts are best used within 3-4 months from date received.

Due to the personal nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If, however, your product arrives damaged, please reach out to me within 24 hours of receiving your package, and please include detailed photos of the damage. I will then assess the damage and we can discuss a resolution.

As with all new bath products, please use caution if you have sensitive skin or are sensitive to fragrances and/or colors. We do use essential oils and fragrance oils in our products, as well as coloring, so please test carefully, or do not purchase if you have a known sensitivity to fragrances, essential oils, or colors. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide a secure place for package delivery and to provide a correct and valid mailing address. If a buyer claims that an item didn’t arrive, but the Etsy shipment tracking information shows that the item has been delivered, neither the seller nor Etsy will be responsible for any claims.
Your order will be shipped to the Etsy address you have on file, so please check that it is correct. The seller is not responsible for items shipped to incorrect mailing addresses due to the buyer having their address listed incorrectly.

I ship Monday - Friday via USPS. The USPS is currently experiencing delays due to Covid, and many packages are arriving later than expected. Please plan accordingly if you need your package by a specific date. Our packages ship First Class or Priority, depending on the size of the package. The USPS does not guarantee any delivery estimates with First Class and Priority. Once the package ships, we are not responsible for USPS delays.

- In the case of missing or damaged packaging, refunds or replacements will only be offered once a missing mail search investigation has been completed with the USPS and they have deemed your package lost/missing/damaged.
- I change my inventory regularly, so in the case of a lost/missing/damaged package, an exact replacement is not always available.

Our products are made in small batches, so they are often made to order. Therefore, all of our items currently have a processing time of 3-5 business days before they will ship. I will ship packages sooner if they are ready before the typical 3-5 day processing time. If you have any questions about our processing time, please send us a message.

- Please use bath products only as intended. Do not eat bath products. For bath bombs containing toys, please watch children at all times.
- We use Polysorbate 80 to prevent colors from staining the bath tub. Some color may stick to residue/soap scum build up, but can be removed by wiping/cleaning the residue from the tub.
- Not intended for use in jet/hot tubs.

FDA Warning: On all foaming bath products sold in USA; Caution: Use only as directed. Excessive use or prolonged exposure may cause irritation to skin and urinary tract. Discontinue use if rash, redness, or itching occurs. Consult your physician if irritation persists. Keep out of reach of children.
