I want to start out by saying what a pleasure it was to do business with Austin. I don’t normally do reviews beyond stars but this one is well deserved. He is very friendly and you can tell he puts a lot of effort into his passion projects. The build quality was actually much better than I expected! I originally (thought) I ordered a midi volts and when I opened the notification for delivery saw it was the poly sequencer. I reached out and explained I made a mistake and he gave me a couple of options on what we could do. He didn’t have to do any of that he fulfilled his obligation, the mistake was mine and I own it. I love supporting small/local businesses and after thinking about it all night purchased the midi volts because of how nice and helpful he was. Both devices compliment my set up so well!. Thank you so much Austin!
