When does my order ship?

Orders ship every Thursday. I ship from Poland, so international shipping may take some time.

What are delivery options and how long does delivery take?

Options:
Free standard delivery with no tracking number - longer waiting time, no refund possible.
Tracked mail with tracking number - shorter waiting time, more options and refund possible.

Waiting time for:
Poland: 1 work week
Europe: 2-3 weeks
Everywhere else: 4-6 weeks

My package hasn’t arrived. Will I get a refund?

Free standard delivery has no tracking number. Please upgrade to registered mail when checking out for tracking if desired, no responsibilites will be taken for lost untracked mail. But I'm willing to resend your order if needed.

With tracking number - if your item has not been received and postal office has already confirmed your package has not arrived then please contact me immediately. We will solve this problem.

Will I receive tracking if I spend certain amout of money on merchandise?

You can buy upgrade to get tracking number in the checkout.

If you buy 3 or more items, you will receive tracking number.
If you spend over 25€, you will receive tracking number
