About my store
I sell antique and vintage items. My items are used and sometimes very old, so they are not perfect and should be expected to show some signs of their age. For me, this wear is part of their story and their beauty!
Returns
I will of course accept returns under the terms of UK regulations. Please contact me within 14 days of receipt of your item if you need to return it. You then have 14 days to ship the item back to me. The buyer will be required to pay return postage costs, so please check the condition report and sizing carefully before purchasing. Refunds will only be issued if the item is returned within the specified time frame, in original condition. I recommend you get proof of postage with insurance and pack the item well to ensure the item arrives safely. Refunds will be processed promptly once the item is received.
Packaging
Your item will be sent well wrapped and protected by bubble wrap or similar protective material. Most jewellery will ship in a large letter box, so should fit through your letterbox for delivery.
I regret that don't offer a gift wrapping service but your item will be nicely presented in an envelope or small paper bag.
Where possible I use eco-friendly/recyclable materials to wrap your parcel. The bubble wrap I use is biodegradable and my boxes are cardboard and can be recycled.
UK Shipping
I only ship via Royal Mail. Items are posted within 3-5 working days; after that we are dependent on the postal service and sometimes arrival time may vary from that stated. This means unfortunately I cannot guarantee a delivery date. If you need an item urgently, upgrades are available for most items and I can sometimes ship more quickly - please get in touch and I will see if I can assist you. I only ship to UK domestic address. I regret cannot ship to Northern Ireland due to new EU laws. I do not ship to freight forwarding addresses, storage units, PO Boxes, or overseas.
International customers
At present I am not shipping overseas or to Northern Ireland. I do not ship to freight forwarding addresses, storage units or PO Boxes and regret that any orders to such addresses will be cancelled.
Pricing
I try to keep my prices as fair as possible. I do not build in artificial margins to my pricing so I can offer discounts or promotions. My prices are therefore fixed and not negotiable. I am sorry I am not able to offer discounts or coupons.
