4 out of 5 starsUpdate: I received the item today (July 24). It was supposed to be delivered by July 14. The tracking still has not been updated since July 12. My daughter loves it though. Original review: It appears the item was lost in shipping so I never received it. I contacted the seller but she was unresponsive so I had to contact Etsy’s customer support in order to receive refund.

When will my order arrive/Why hasn't my order arrived yet?
It is important to me that my customers receive their orders in a timely manner. I ship out orders as soon as I can. Due to the continuously changing regulations regarding tariffs and imports to the United States, delivery delays may occur as I ship my orders from Canada.
I will provide you with updates when any new information about shipments as they become available to me. Of course, please also feel free to message me at any time with your questions or concerns.
Why is my tracking number not updating?

Are your keychains and accessories handmade? Why is there a tag saying "Made In China"?
Yes! All keychains, bracelets, and beaded accessories are handmade by me.
As part of the new import regulations to the United States, all physical items imported must contain a tag stating the country of origin. The country of origin is where the raw materials of the item originated from.
The beads and charms that I purchase to make these accessories are manufactured in China (China manufactures the majority of beads and charms). Although I put together the beads to create bracelets, keychains, and other accessories, this does not change that the beads were originally manufactured from China, therefore making China the country of origin.
