How do I customize my video invitation?
Our video invitations are made-to-order. After you send us your invitation details, we’ll email a draft (in JPEG format) within 24 hours for you to review and suggest any changes. Once you approve the draft, we’ll send the final video invitation (in MP4 format) the same day. Please check your Spam folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox, as it may have been delivered there by mistake.
Can you change all the wordings and title?
Absolutely, we can customize all the text on the video invite to fit your event. Whether you need a wedding invitation adjusted for a bridal or baby shower, save-the-date, engagement announcement, 50th birthday, baptism, wedding anniversary, birthday greeting, graduation announcement, or any other occasion, just send us the wording, and we’ll make the necessary adjustments.
Can you make my video invitation in Spanish?
Yes we can do it in Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, Greek, Russian, German & Dutch. If your language is not included in the list, please send us an email first to confirm before placing the order.
How can I send my video invitation to my guests?
You can send it through Messenger, iMessage (iPhone to iPhone), Instagram, WhatsApp and Email. Both Android and iOS users can receive the video file as long as you send them using the mentioned apps. Note: We don’t recommend sending the video invite as a Text Message (SMS) as most carriers have small file size limit or data capabilities so it decreases the quality of the video making it blurry and unreadable at the recipient's end.
