I don't see where I can donwload the PNG. I only got the PDF that says Instructions.
Please open the Instructions PDF. Inside, you’ll find a clickable link that takes you to the Canva template, as well as a link to download the PNG file.
What else is included in the PDF aside from the links?
The PDF also includes basic step-by-step instructions with screenshots for first-time Canva users, along with a guide on how to download your finished design from Canva.
What is Canva? I do not know how to edit. Is this beginner friendly?

Yes it is beginner friendly.
We also provide a basic step-by-step instructions on how you can edit your template and add the photo cut outs. It has step by step screenshots along with a guide on how to download your finished design from Canva.
Are you able to help me with editing? How long will I receive it? Can you change the color of the outfit? I want a different color, it doesn't suit my preference
Absolutely, we are able to assist up to 3 photo edits. But please consider the guidelines when sending photos to achieve the best result. Please allow a maximum of 2-3 business days for us to edit your request, it is usually less than that. Keep in mind that other customers also ask for our help. Rest assured we will respond to your requests the soonest possible. FYI: We edit the requests based on the time it was received and the photo availability.
We understand that you may prefer a different color. Please be aware, the illustrations are pre-designed with fixed colors. We hope you understand, the editable template is to add a photo on the pre-designed illustration. We currently do not offer customization.

I don't see where my purchases are? Is this a scam.
No, this is not a scam.
To access your digital file from your account:
• Sign in to Etsy.com and click your profile
• Go to Purchases and reviews.
• Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
• Download the PDF file and save to your computer or phone.
Can you just send me the copy of my purchases? I am having issues downloading it.

I want to be refunded, this is not what I purchased. I got a PDF with bunch of words.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

I'm disappointed, the color is not what I expected.
The actual illustration on the listing is the exact illustration on the template and PNG.
Please keep in mind, colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor and printer setting.
