Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange your item(s) or refund your money (minus shipping costs) up to 15 days after you have received your order. You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition (preferably unopened) as well as return shipping costs.
Payment
Payment for packages can be completed with Paypal and/or credit card.
Shipping
Your purchase will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of cleared payment. All purchases are shipped via US Postal Service First Class. All prints are shipped in a rigid tube to ensure preservation of quality during transit.We will ship your order to the address listed in your ETSY receipt. Please make sure it is the correct address.

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 weeks. We are currently using USPS to ship all our packages. Please be aware that possible delays are beyond our control.

Please bear in mind that thanks to busy holiday seasons, postal services may be slower than usual. So if possible try to order your Christmas presents and gifts in advance!

SpectacleMerchandise is not responsible for any lost or damaged package that occurs in transit. All orders will be securely packaged in a sturdy tube for protection.
