When will I get my order?

The processing time for products of varying difficulty can differ significantly. On average, my shipping time ranges from 3 to 8 business days. However, during major holidays, this timeframe may be extended. For specific details, please refer to the description in each individual listing.

Custom and personalised orders

All the items in my shop are handcrafted, which means that almost all of them can be personalized. If you have a great idea, please communicate with me through messages, and I will do my best to help you bring it to life!
Please note: If you’ve placed an order and would like to request a personalized customization, please contact me within 6 hours of placing the order. After that, I may have already started production.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I value the experience of every customer opening their package, so I take great care in packaging each one meticulously. If you're looking to gift my handmade items to a friend, you can place your order with confidence!

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Your order should have arrived by now, but it seems to be missing. Here's what you can do to help us expedite the process:

1. Review your shipping confirmation email to ensure the delivery address is accurate.
2. Visit your local post office to inquire if they are holding your package.
3. Check with your neighbors, as the courier may have left the package with them.

If you've confirmed that the shipping address is correct and the package isn't at the post office or with your neighbors, please reach out to us via message. We'll be glad to assist you further.

Order Cancellation Policy

I accept cancellation requests within six hours after placing an order. After six hours, I will have already started the production process. At that point, refunds will not be possible. Please ensure you are certain about your purchase before placing an order. Thank you for your understanding.

What should I do if the shipping information I entered during purchase is incomplete or incorrect?

Please make sure to double-check your shipping address for accuracy before placing your order!

1. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can send me a message with the correct shipping address, and I will ensure it is sent to the right location.
2. If the order has already been shipped or if the delivery has failed, I am not responsible for the failed delivery. If you need the item to be re-shipped, an additional fee for re-delivery will be required.

Regarding refunds

All of our pieces are carefully handcrafted to order, which means each item is made especially for you with time, care, and attention to detail.
Due to the nature of handmade production:
● Refunds or replacements are available within 7 days of delivery only in cases of quality-related issues.
● If you experience any problems with your order, please feel free to contact us — we’ll be happy to help resolve it.
For all non-quality-related reasons, we’re unable to offer refunds or returns. This includes but is not limited to personal preferences, sizing issues, or change of mind.
Every piece you receive is not just a product, but a small work of art made by hand.
