Where or how do I print my downloads?
For most of my printables, you can simply download and print on a standard desktop printer at 100% scale, cut and enjoy! I recommend printing on white letter size (8.5"x11") card stock paper and then using a paper cutter for a nice, clean edge. Please use “Best Print Quality” settings on your printer for a better print quality.
DIY printing not for you?
Simply upload or email the file(s) via online service or save the file(s) onto a flash drive and take it into a local print or office store (Wal-Mart, Kinko’s, Office Depot, Staples, Vistaprint, Costco, etc.) where they will print & cut for you!
Where do I find my files to download?
If the item you purchased is an 'INSTANT DOWNLOAD' you will find your files available for downloading through your Etsy Account--> Purchases & Reviews ---> Order Summary---> Download Files. You will also be able to download them from the Order Summary email that was sent you, which will contain a link to your 'Downloads' page.
If you purchased a 'MADE TO ORDER' item that requires customization you will be notified by email (to the address on file with Etsy) that your order is now available for download, which you will find through your Etsy Account.
If you have trouble downloading from a mobile device, please try from a desktop/laptop computer.

How long does it take to receive my order?
INSTANT DOWNLOADS are available within minutes.
Files with NO CUSTOM CHANGES are usually emailed within 24hrs.
Files with CUSTOM CHANGES are emailed within 1-3 days.

Can an invitation be changed to another party type?
Yes, absolutely! All invitations and items can be changed to a different type of party other than shown. Just send along the type of party your having with all of your other party details. I am more than happy to come up with fun, themed related wording, if you do not have specific text you would like to use.
Can the colour or font be changed or custom text added to items?
Yes, many items can be customized for you. See individual listings for details.
How do I send you my invitation information?
If you are purchasing a personalized invitation or other personalized printables, please type the information in the 'note to seller' section during checkout or send us an Etsy message.
