3 out of 5 starsThe shipment notification was very misleading, showing a sweatshirt when I guess I ordered a t-shirt. Which is weird because I ordered a number of other sweatshirts from other sellers and this was the only t-shirt?

Our listing offers both T-shirts and sweatshirts under the same design, and the item produced is always based on the specific option selected at checkout. The shipment notification image is a standard preview image and may not reflect the exact variant chosen, but the order details clearly show the selected item type. In this case, a T-shirt was selected and delivered accordingly. We always encourage customers to review the item type and size carefully before completing the purchase, as all items are custom made to order. We appreciate you sharing your experience.

Thank you so much — I’m really glad you love it! 💛 Regarding the name size, when there are many names on the sleeve, the print does need to be scaled down so everything fits neatly. In your case, since there were 12 names, the text was reduced to ensure all names could be included without overcrowding the sleeve. 2 out of 5 starsThe product said “hoodie” so I selected my colors and paid but the checkout said “sweatshirt.” I never selected sweatshirt so something is clearly wrong with their website listing options. The pictures were all of “hoodies” and the listing I clicked on said “coach’s hoodie.” They produced it very fast but shipping took a long time. When I wrote them to say I recieved a crewneck instead of a hoodie, all I was offered was $10% off my next order. I understand these orders are custom but it is UNACCEPTABLE to market “hoodies” in the picture and listing title and hide the “hoodies/sweatshirt” option somewhere below. ESPECIALLY when the product is so expensive. Buyer BEWARE!
