Do I pay Sales Tax
If you are shipping the item within the state of California, YES. The sales tax rate will be calculated based on the zip code you are shipping to.
Shipping
I ship via USPS Monday - Friday, except on Holidays and Federal days.
Once payment has cleared your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. I ship to the Etsy address you provide, not your PayPal address. Please make sure that it is the correct address, I will not ship to any other address than the one provided during checkout.
All orders are shipped Ground Shipping unless upgraded at checkout. I highly recommend adding insurance to your order, which can be done as an upgrade. Please contact me with any questions you may have.
** International orders will ship First Class up to 2lbs (approx 4 yards). Orders over the 2lbs must be shipped Priority Flat Rate. Please contact me prior to purchase to set up a custom listing.
Refunds & Exhanges
I strive for customer satisfaction, please contact me with any concerns or issues about your order within 3 days of delivery.
I cannot accept returns on patterns, or quilt kits with patterns for copyright, trademark reasons. Please contact me and we will work together to find a solution.
I will not refund shipping costs for any reason and will not pay to have an item returned. Refunds must be approved by me, the item(s) must be uncut, unwashed, same condition as it was sent and returned postmarked within 7 days of delivery with insurance. If a refund is due, it will be processed once the item is received by Spindle Fabrics, LLC.
Shipping Insurance
PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING INSURANCE IS OPTIONAL, and is NOT included in the regular price of First Class Shipping. To add insurance to your order, you need to add it during checkout by upgrading your order.
*Please Note - First Class Mail is shipped without any insurance so while you will save money up front, I do not refund or re-ship fabric for missing/lost or wrongly delivered fabric. Please upgrade your order to add insurance during checkout.
*Upgraded Priority Flat Rate Shipping comes with insurance up to $50, contact me if you would like to increase the value.

International Orders
EU buyers have 14 days to contact me about returning an item and we will go through the process at that time.
You may incur customs fees when your item is delivered. As every country's customs policies are different there is no way for me to know if you will have to pay customs fees or what the customs fee will be. Spindle Fabrics is not responsible for paying or informing international customers of tariffs or import taxes in your own country.
Please note that it is not possible to track international packages. I can provide proof of shipment on my end, there is no way for me to tell you where your package might be. Spindle Fabrics is not responsible for packages once they have been shipped internationally.
