I love doing custom orders! Please visit my Custom Order listings, or send me a message. You can choose your gemstone(s), wire color, and type of (rock) base. I send photos for approval before your custom tree is shipped, to make sure you absolutely love it!

My gem trees require minimal care and no watering! You can easily "fluff" the branches with your fingers as needed/desired, you will not damage the tree (they're not glued for this very reason). I do not recommend getting the wire wet, but you can either use air spray or a dry cloth to occasionally dust the rock base and/or branches as needed.

All of my gem trees are wrapped with colorful tissue paper, and include informational cards. If you are needing a special handwritten note, please contact me and I'll be more than happy to include it! I can send your gem tree gift directly to the recipient. Please include their name and address in the delivery address section.

I try my best to include accurate sizing information on each listing. It depends sometimes on how the tree is ultimately arranged. Most listings include a photograph with a hand and/or ruler to give you an idea of actual size. If you have any questions or need a custom size, please message me!

NO! My goal is to carefully pack each gem tree, so that you can simply unpack it and enjoy! They should hold their original design as you see in my photos. If you open the box and see a twisted trunk, yep, that's probably on purpose, don't try and straighten it yourself! :-)

I spent years trying to perfect this process, because its not easy! I bubble wrap each rock base to protect both the rock and the root design. I then attach a cardboard "collar" to keep the tree separate from the rock, just in case anything happens during shipping the rock cannot crush the tree. Branches are protected with tissue paper, and to help minimize their movement but not crush the design. Thankfully its rare anything happens during shipping, but if it does, please contact me! Nothing is broken since its 100% wire wrapped, and its pretty simple to straighten branches and reset any roots that pop "loose" on the rock base.

Not really! They look quite delicate, but most trees can actually be picked up by the branches and not hurt anything (but I don't recommend it unless you know what you're doing!). The gemstones are all wire wrapped to the branches so they shouldn't come off (unless they're pulled hard on). The tree itself is wire wrapped to the rock base. The branches are designed to bend and easily be reshaped. My designs look delicate but I carefully work in balance and durability so they'll last for years. :-)

A) I use a different method when working with my crystals. They all resonate in harmony and balance, both with color and crystal energy. B) I do 100% wire wrap and very rarely ever use glue, because glue rarely holds permanently to any wire and/or rock. C) All of my gem trees are very different, so you know purchasing a tree from me means that nobody else in the world has one just like it! D) I put a lot of work and quality into my pieces, so they should last years and be handed down as heirlooms. E) My trees are very twisty, just like real trees! The photos do NOT do them any justice, they are so much fuller in person!
