• SHIPPING
The shipping service included with all orders is the economical airmail service provided by Serpost (Peru’s national postal service) and processed through the Universal Postal Union (UPU) network.
The estimated delivery time is 15–25 days from the shipping date, though please note that this timeframe is only an estimate, and an exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs inspections, postal transit times in the destination country, local holidays, weather conditions, and occasional logistical delays within international postal networks.
Once your parcel arrives in your country, your local or national postal service will handle domestic transit, customs processing, and final delivery.
• TRACKING
Serpost now offers tracking for economical airmail shipments through the UPU tracking system. You can check the status of your parcel using the tracking number provided with your order here:

🔄 POLICY ON RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND FAILED DELIVERY
• RETURNS
The Seller may accept a return and issue a refund, provided that Buyers:
- assume the total return shipping costs
- assume responsibility for any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.
When returning an item, Buyers must provide the shipping details, including:
- Shipping carrier used
- Tracking number
- Estimated delivery date
Please also note the following conditions:
- The original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund. This refers to the actual shipping amount paid by the seller, as shown on the Serpost (Peruvian Postal Service) receipt or shipping stamp on the parcel, in Peruvian Soles (PEN S/). This amount will be converted to the currency of the order according to the daily exchange rate.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by the Seller, confirming it is in its original condition.
• EXCHANGES
The Seller may exchange an item for another of the same type and price, provided that:
- The item is returned in its original condition
- Buyers assume both the total return shipping cost and the total new shipping cost
- Buyers must also provide the shipping details of the returned item, including:
- Shipping carrier used
- Tracking number
- Estimated delivery date
The replacement item will be shipped:
- Using the same shipping method offered regularly with orders (economical airmail service by Serpost)
- Only after the returned item has been received and inspected by the Seller, confirming it has no damage and remains in its original condition.
Please, before requesting an exchange, consider this:
- Colors may vary slightly due to photography and monitor settings.
- All of our products are handmade, therefore they may not be exactly identical to the listing photos. Images are provided as reference only, and minor variations in color tones, sizes, and shapes may occur.
If you would like to exchange for an item with a different price, please contact the Seller first.
• FAILED DELIVERY
In some cases, orders may be returned to the Seller due to failed delivery reasons such as: unclaimed parcel, addressee unavailable, address not found, failed or unsuccessful delivery attempt, refused delivery, customs fees not paid (for example: “held for customs payment”, “returned due to unpaid customs fees”, etc.), among others. Please understand that these situations are outside the Seller's control, as they depend on the postal services and customs procedures of the destination country.
If an item is returned to the Seller, Buyers can choose any of the following options:
a) Reshipment
The Seller can ship the item again if the Buyer covers the full cost of the new shipping, once:
- The returned item has been delivered back to the seller, and
- The item has been inspected and confirmed to be in its original condition.
b) Refund
The Seller can issue a refund for the item price, minus the original shipping cost, which refers to the actual shipping amount paid by the Seller, as shown on the Serpost (Peruvian Postal Service) receipt or shipping stamp on the parcel, in Peruvian Soles (PEN S/) and converted to the currency of the order according to the daily exchange rate, once:
- The returned item has been delivered back to the seller, and
- The item has been inspected and confirmed to be in its original condition.
Important to consider when opting for any of the abovementioned options:
- Requests for reshipment or refund can only be processed after the returned parcel has been delivered back to the seller.
- Please note that international returns can take a significant amount of time, often 1–3 months or longer, depending on return processing and the postal transit times of the destination country. We kindly ask for your patience while the parcel makes its way back. Once the returned item arrives, the Seller will contact you directly to confirm receipt and coordinate the next steps.
📢 IMPORT TAXES, CUSTOM DUTIES, AND/OR FEES
When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, tariffs, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country and ARE UNRELATED TO MY STORE. If any of the above-mentioned taxes, duties, tariffs, and/or fees apply, they are the BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY and must be solely and fully ASSUMED AND COVERED BY THE BUYER.
As a Seller, my responsibility is to share any relevant information regarding this matter with customers, so I encourage everyone to, before placing an order, take a moment to learn your country's import taxes, customs duties, tariffs, and/or fees and find out about any potential additional costs payable once the package arrives in the destination country, this will help avoid any confusion and misunderstanding about the delivery process once the item reaches your country.

🚨 RECENT CHANGES TO U.S. TARIFF POLICIES STARTING AUGUST 2025
I'd like to keep you informed about an important change that came into effect on August 29, 2025. THE CURRENT DE MINIMIS EXEMPTION, WHICH ALLOWS GOODS VALUED UNDER $800 TO ENTER THE U.S. WITHOUT CUSTOMS DUTIES OR TARIFFS, WILL BE REMOVED. This means that most low-value shipments will now be subject to the same duties, tariffs, and customs procedures as higher-value shipments.
As a result, please be aware that ANY APPLICABLE IMPORT DUTIES, TARIFFS, TAXES, AND HANDLING FEES WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU SEE AT CHECKOUT. Instead, these costs, IF APPLICABLE, WILL BE THE BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY AND MUST BE PAID TO THE CORRESPONDING BODY (CUSTOMS AUTHORITY OR SHIPPING CARRIER, WHERE APPROPRIATE) BEFORE YOUR PACKAGE CAN BE RELEASED OR DELIVERED.
Please, I also kindly ask you to keep in mind that shipping times may be affected by these new procedures. Delays are possible and, unfortunately, beyond our control as customs and carriers adjust to the updated regulations.

📪 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PROCESS
I’d like to share some important details about the shipping process.
As your seller, it’s my responsibility to ensure that your orders are duly shipped with care, on time, and as securely as possible, so your sacred items arrive safely and, mainly, within the estimated delivery window.
That said, there may be occasional delays or delivery issues beyond my control. It’s important to understand that once a parcel enters the destination country, the local postal service takes over the rest of the delivery journey. At that point, they become solely responsible for tracking updates/status and final delivery. Neither I, my store, nor Etsy have control over how the different local postal services handle the process.
