Can my box be delivered on a specific date?
Yes, in the “note to seller” section, please specify when you’d like your box to arrive. While we can’t guarantee it, we can do everything in our power to ship out for a specific arrival date.
Is the delivery date guaranteed?
Unfortunately no, we cannot ultimately guarantee the delivery date. Once the USPS has receipt of the item, it is out of our control. In most instances, packages arrive timely, and we want nothing more than your box to arrive on time. We are on your side, and if you ever have a problem, please reach out.
What if an item arrives damaged?
