I recommend
☆ wiping your jewelry with a soft cloth after each use
☆ storing it in an airtight box or any box with a lid
☆ avoid contact with water/ sweat
☆ please do not sleep while wearing the pieces!

Please take into account that the color of the item in the image and the actual product may slightly vary due to lighting conditions at the time of photography or the brightness of your computer screen.
Also, while I strive to make each item perfect, there might be slight imperfections due to the handmade nature of the items.
However I shall NEVER ship an item we find unfit for wearing!!

Although we do not accept cancellations, in some cases we may accept. In case of cancellation, the platform fee will not be refunded, and an additional 15% restocking fee will be applied and the rest of the amount will be refunded.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost (in the rare case of a return or exchange being accepted). Only after receiving items back, refund or new item will be sent, as per conversation with buyer beforehand. Please use tracked shipping for the same. Original shipping cost is non refundable.

However, we are pretty sure that wouldn't be the case with you, as we very confident about the quality of our products!

Delay/Lost/Undelivered/Damaged :

Please understand that we are not responsible for delays occurring due to customs or other issues beyond our control and also for undelivered shipments or shipments lost or damaged during transit.

All aside, we are there to answer your questions at all times and help with contacting the postal services in case of any delays, however we hope you understand that once dispatched, the liability of the shipment does not lie on us, it lies with the postal service.

Time taken to prepare your order for dispatch!

Delivery time is the time taken after it is dispatched from my place!

Estimated Delivery time is reflected below each product but it is not guaranteed as it may change due to issues beyond our control.

Tracking :

If you choose standard delivery (free!), please note that it is only trackable upto dispatch from India & then trackable once it reaches your country.

For fully tracked shipment, please contact me for express shipping.

I do not add invoices on the inside of the shipments! They can be sent as gift as it is, and if you wish I can add a personalised gift note for free for the receiver of the shipment!

Also, on request, I can add an additional elegant gift bag for packing the jewelry for free!

However, I have to attach an invoice outside the shipment due to international custom requirements. :)

I do accept customised orders! Feel free to send me your drawings or inspiration from the internet or put down your imagination in words and hit me up with a message! Lets make something unique and special for you!!

Please contact us in case of non delivery within 90 days.

If a buyer fails to pay the custom duties or collect the shipment from the post office due to any reason & it is returned to us, no refund will be given. We can resend such an order if the buyer pays reshipping charges.

We will not contact any buyer if shipments are returned to us. In case a buyer does not contact us upon non receipt of their order within 90 days from dispatch, we shall use/discard the shipment (upon return) however we deem fit & after that no reshipping will be done.

If buyer refuses reshipping payment, we hold all rights to cancel the order without any refunds & will use the shipment as we deem fit. The order won't be resent to the buyer in this situation.
