Returns and exchange details
All sales of printed items are final. Replacement orders will only be issued if there is a quality issue with the printing. Please message me if there is an issue with your order and I will quickly resolve it for you!

Can coolers and napkins will not be replaced or refunded if you do not like the colors. Please note that all colors and designs are representations and are not exact, as everyone's computer monitor shows the colors differently. If you are unsure about a color, please send me a message and I can send you a PMS color that the can cooler/imprint color is closest to so that you can compare it.

**PLEASE NOTE that there is an additional charge of $30 to ship to Hawaii or Alaska**

After you place your order, I will send you your proof to approve. I don't send your order off to my printer until I receive your approval on the proof. It will take about 3 weeks for you to receive your order from the day that you approve the proof. All orders ship directly from my printer.

Q: How much do the can coolers cost?
A: There is a dropdown menu on the right side of the page that says "No. of Can Coolers". Please select the number that you are interested in purchasing, and the price will update.

Q: How long until I receive my order?
A: From the day that you approve your proof, it will take approximately 3 weeks to receive your order. Usually it is sooner than that, but it all depends on the number of orders that I am currently processing.

Q: Can I receive a proof before purchasing?
A: Proofs are sent after purchase.

Q: I'm unsure of the colors that I want to go with. Can I see some different color options?
A: Of course! When you check out, please include the colors that you are considering in the comments box, and I will send you some different options for your proof.

Q: I really like the design/saying side of Can Cooler A, and the names side of Can Cooler B. Can I mix and match them?
A: Definitely! Please purchase the listing of the design/saying that you want to go with. In the comments section when you check out, please note the name design that you would like.

Q: I received my can coolers/napkins and I'm not crazy about the color. Can I please return them or receive a refund?
A: Unfortunately, no. All sales of printed items are final. I can only reprint your order if there is a quality issue with the printing. If you are unsure about a color, please message me prior to purchasing and I can supply you with a PMS color to compare it to. Refunds/returns/exchanges will not be done due to color.
