1. How can I get help with my order?
I’m here to provide assistance and answer any questions you may have about the ordering process. Feel free to reach out for any concerns!
2. What are your order processing days?
Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday. Please note that we are closed on weekends.
Color & Size Information
3. How accurate are the printed colors?
I do my best to match printed colors to what you see on your screen. However, differences in monitor settings may cause some discrepancies. Refunds are not available for color variations.
4. Where can I find sizing details?
Each product listing includes a description with measurements. These measurements are unique to my shop, so I recommend comparing them with your own body measurements before ordering. If you have questions, I'm happy to help!
Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges
5. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order. If you change your mind or made an error, please reach out quickly. After this period, cancellations cannot be accepted once production has started.
6. Can I exchange my item or get a refund?
Due to the custom nature of my products, I cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a defect or error on my part. If you have any concerns, please contact me for assistance.

7. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
It’s important to double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you realize there’s an error before the item has shipped, please contact me to see if I can update the address. After shipping, you’ll need to reach out to the shipping company directly.
8. When will my order ship and how long does it take?
The current turnaround time for production is listed with each item. This timeframe is confirmed at the time of purchase. Make sure all the necessary information is provided to avoid delays.
Damaged Items & Lost Packages
9. What should I do if my package is damaged?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out within 30 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage. I will gladly assist you in reprocessing your order.
10. What happens if my package is lost?
Please ensure that your name and shipping details are correct. I rely on the information you provide, so it’s important to confirm all details before checkout. Unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for any spelling errors.
