Hello, I'm Crystal Cox, the artist and shop owner here at Spookshow Babe Designs. Allow me to welcome and thank you for stopping by to have a look at my collection of handmade decor and gifts! :D
A little bit about me and my journey to getting this Small Business off the ground.
I started selling jewelry and art prints of my water color paintings in 2017. After a short while I wanted to bring some of the characters I painted to life and began working with clay and other materials to create spooky cute art dolls. I began to share my art on Instagram where I found a lovely community of creepy cute art fans who gave me the confidence to really run with my dream of being a full time artist. I was excited to share my handmade dolls with like minded souls online and at Art Fairs and Markets. After some very hard work and dedication my art would be part of over a dozen art galleries and featured on Buzzfeed thus reaching a wider audience of people and allowing me to work on Spookshow Babe Designs full time.
Over the years I have dedicated myself to making the kind of art and products that I personally feel passionately about and will bring joy to others. I also put that same love and attention to detail into running my small business and I am always quick to help a customer with any question or concern they might have. It is important to me that every one who is kind enough to support me has a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Lastly, on a more personal note.. I just want to thank you all so much for the support you have given me on this journey. I honestly could not have done it without you. I am truly grateful for each sale and every happy review of which there are more than I could have ever dreamed there would be. <3

Frequently asked questions
How long will it take to receive my item?
Handmade dolls and art pieces will take 1-3 weeks for me to complete and ship. I do not offer rush shipping on handmade items.
If an item is already in stock it will say so in the listing description and will ship within 1-3 business days.
Prints, Stickers and Bookmarks will ship in 3-5 days
Custom and personalized orders
Custom Art Dolls take 3-4 weeks to complete and ship.
If you are interested in customizing an existing item with a color option not listed, please message me with details on what doll you are interested in and how you would like it customized. I am open to personalizing each piece.
Wholesale availability

Each items size info will be in the listing details.
My item was lost in transit, what now?
If your item is lost in transit I will either send you a replacement item/items or refund the items lost upon your request. However, I am not responsible for USPS misplacing the items shipped, and the shipping fees will not be refunded as part of the order. No exceptions. You can place an insurance claim with USPS if you would like to take further action.
Can I change my order?
Once an item is in production, or if an item has shipped, I will not be able to change the order.
My item arrived damaged, what now?
If an item is damaged in transit, message me directly with photos so that I can figure out the best method of correcting the situation. Thank you.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes, I will do custom orders on items that are out of season or out of stock. Please contact me directly for details on pricing and production time on a requested art piece.
Are the Johanna Parker items approved by the artist?
Yes, I have been collaborating with Johanna Parker as one of her first "Partners in Craft" artists since 2018. All items made and sold by me with her characters are approved by Johanna Parker and a percentage of each sale goes directly to her.
