Due to the delicate nature of vintage and antique all sales are final and I do not accept returns.

I ONLY accept returns from EU customers and exclusively for store credit or exchanges. If you wish to return an item you have to contact me within 48 hours upon reception to explain the problem.
All items must be returned in original condition in which they were sent, unworn and unwashed within ten days of delivery and to be shipped with a tracking number. The refund will be made once the item is received.
All shipping costs are buyer responsibility and non-refundable, only the item will be refunded.

Because great care is taken to provide accurate measurements on each garment, returns due to poor fit are not accepted.

Vintage sizes are much different from modern sizes.
Please make sure to compare your own measurements or that of your own clothing to the listed one to ensure a good fit.
I try to list as many measures as possible but please contact me if you need extra measurements.
All measurements are taken when the garment is flat; don’t forget to allow room for fit and movement.

Layaway is available for items over 150 €
The first payment is non refundable and must be equal to 30% of the item’s price.
Please contact me to set up a payment plan.

You are responsible for any additional customs fees that your country charges you as I have no control or knowledge of these fees.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or the shipping cost, these charges are the buyer responsibility.

Please allow 48-72 hours for your item(s) to be shipped.
All packages are sent in registered post with online tracking.

Insurance can be added by buyer, please contact me if you would like extra insurance.
The shop is not responsible for any items lost, stolen or damaged in the post.
I will always do my very best to help you locate the missing item and contact the shipping company but if the item is lost, stolen or damaged in the post and wasn’t sent with insurance I won’t be able to refund your money, sorry.

Post times are estimated and may arrive later than expected in some cases.
