Payment is accepted via Paypal, or by direct checkout with a credit card.

Payments must be made immediately when purchasing. If payment is not received and no contact has been made within 48 hours I reserve the right to cancel the sale and re list the item.

I make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives safely and promptly.

You're stamped silverware is shipped within the time frame shown in each listing, from cleared payment to the address on your Etsy account. If you would like your package sent to another address you can do so my adding an alternative address to your paypal account, or by messaging me directly.

Please, when sending to an office or business, take extra care in stating the recipient name, department/Floor.

RETURNS, AND ITEMS LOST IN THE POST: I always obtain an individual proof of postage receipt for any item that is posted, and in the event of an item being lost in the post, I would assist the buyer, by sending the proof of postage receipt to them, so that they could make a claim themselves to the post office for compensation. I cannot take responsibility myself for any item that is lost in the post.

International buyers are most welcome. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and custom charges that may be incurred.

For international orders, tracking and/or registered mail can be requested. Please contact me for details BEFORE placing an order, as unless otherwise stated items will be posted using standard Airmail service.
