Custom and personalized orders

With the exception of my Ernst Haeckel prints, I can change the colors and backgrounds of most of my prints. In addition, if you want a size that I don't have listed, please message me here. Chances are I can make your size.

If I don't have it, ask me for it, especially my gold foil maps. I can make almost any city or town!

Sizing details

Most of my prints have an extra .25" of white space on each side. This I'd so you can scoot your print under the mat for perfect placement and tape it down on the back of the mat (with acid free tape). If you don't want the extra space, let me know and I will remove it.

Care instructions

My papers are archival and my inks are long lasting pigments so your prints will have a long life. Still, it's a good idea to keep them out of direct sunlight.

My canvas prints are coated with a UV ray protectant that also protects your canvas art from scratching and discoloration. If you get something on your canvas print, please only use water and a very very soft cloth to clean it. If you absolutely must, dab a little palmolive and water on your soft cloth to clean the spot.

Wholesale availability

I have wholesale pricing and welcome orders from commercial and home decorators, shop owners, museums and wedding organizers.

Returns and Exchanges

I accept returns and exchanges. Because each print is made to order, I may deduct a 25% restocking fee or original shipping costs I paid (prints $4 - $15, gallery wraps $30 - $80) from refund. A receipt of original shipping costs will be provided upon request.

If your order has been damaged in transit, please message me with photos of the damaged goods and the packaging. I will replace items damaged in transit at no cost to you.

Because gallery wrapped canvas prints are expensive to make and expensive to ship, please be certain of your purchase. If you are unsure of your color choices, please message me for a mockup featuring your colors. The first mockup is free of charge.

Shipping

I combine shipping to save you money if two different orders are going to the same address. Please message me to let me know that you've made seperate orders. In single orders of more than one item shipping costs will also be greatly reduced for the second and all following items.

Privacy Policy

I only use your information to fulfill your order. I don't share your information.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please find out about the taxes that may be due for international orders before ordering.

Additional Information about Cancellations

If you request a cancellation within 5 hours of purchase I will honor your request unless I have already made, packaged and downloaded a shipping label. I ship many things out the same day.

Order Cancellation

Often, I will start working on an order, or in the case of canvas goods, will order and pay for the supplies within minutes of order. Especially during the holiday. Because of this I don't offer cancelation. However, get in touch with me within 5 hours of order if you are wanting a cancellation and if I haven't started on your order, I will do that.
