How do I get my file after purchasing?
Etsy delivers your file automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed. Go to your Etsy account → Purchases → click "Download Files" next to your order. You'll also receive an email from Etsy with the download link.
What format are the files?
All files are delivered as .xlsx (Microsoft Excel format). This works in Microsoft Excel (2016 and newer), Google Sheets (free), Apple Numbers, and LibreOffice.
Do I need Microsoft Excel?
No. You can open and use the files for free in Google Sheets — just go to sheets.google.com, click File → Import, and upload the .xlsx file. Everything works the same way.
Will it work on a Mac?
Yes. The files work in Excel for Mac, Google Sheets (any browser), and Apple Numbers.
Will it work on my phone or tablet?
The files can be opened on mobile, but they're designed for desktop use. A laptop or desktop gives you the best experience — some columns are wide and easier to navigate on a larger screen.
What if I have trouble opening or using the file?
Message me through Etsy and I'll help you get set up. I respond within 24 hours. Most issues are solved in one message.
Can I share the file with someone else?
Files are licensed for personal use only. You're welcome to use them yourself across your own devices. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing the files - including uploading them to other platforms - is not permitted.
