Frequently asked questions
When will I receive my order?
Generally, orders shipped are in transit for 4- 15 business days. This varies greatly depending on your location.
However, generally speaking, most of my customers receive their items within 10 business days or less after being processed and dispatched.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Notify me within 12 hours via Etsy if you want to cancel order, change address or make any other amendments to the order. I will do my best to help but please be aware that once my Printing Provider starts to process the order on the manufacturing floor then no further changes or amendments can be made.
I placed an order but I did not receive an order confirmation email?
Please ensure that you have entered the correct email address when you placed the order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see whether your confirmation email has been moved there. Do contact Etsy if you did not receive a confirmation email, so that they can investigate. Unfortunately Because of Privacy Laws they will not discuss customer orders with a 3rd party.
How do I make sure I order the right size?
Please follow the instructions on the product page. I have provided a table with diagrams on the correct way to take your measurements.
I am unable to refund or exchange items due to incorrect size choice. It is important that you accurately measure yourself and check the sizing guides I have provided for extra assurance.
All items in this store are custom made to order therefore I cannot accept returns for Exchange, or Refund for items ordered incorrectly. When a customer places an order, I will be charged by the website for processing the order, the Card Company for processing the payment, the Printing company for Printing, Packaging and Delivery Cost - thank you for your understanding!
What do I do if I receive a defective order?
Please inspect your order upon reception and Contact me within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Include images of the defective item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
After 48 hours, unfortunately you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement product.
The easiest way to send images is through convo (Conversation). There is an icon at the bottom of the conversation box which says "upload image". The buyer should click on that, then select the photos they want to upload with an explanation.
How much stock do you have? I want to order 1 to checkout then will order more for the rest of my family

Once you place an order, I will have it printed specifically for you. This allows me to avoid overproduction and textile waste. I take pride in being able to take part in the sustainable fashion movement.
So forget about mass-produced clothing and buy your unique one-off from me!
SpringRoseApparel garments are professionally printed with the highest quality print possible, similar to the quality you would receive from a high quality retail shop garment.
You may find cheaper alternatives online but you will be disappointed with the quality.
What if the product tracking says delivered but i have not received it?
I regret that I am unable to refund items that have been annotated as 'Delivered' by the tracking site and/or shipping company.
If the package is lost then the things to do are check outside your property where the delivery person could have hidden it for safekeeping, check with your neighbors, check with your local delivery depot so they can ask the person delivering in case they remember where they delivered it. Also the depot has GPS tracking on the drivers scanner telling them where the item was scanned as delivered in case they delivered to an incorrect address. If all the above fail to find the item then raise a dispute with your payment company and they will take it from there.
What do I do if I never receive my order?
If delivery time has exceeded the forecast time, please contact me so that I can conduct an investigation.
If the shipping address supplied was a temporary location, I cannot assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.
What if I refuse a delivery?
I will not be able to issue refunds, nor reship the order, for packages that are refused by the buyer.
The refused goods are returned by the courier to my Printing Provider. To meet their environmental Impact targets my Printing Provider donates all returned items to selected local charities like the Red Cross, the American Kidney Fund, and Goodwill. In such circumstances unfortunately I will not be able to offer you a refund.
What if I am charged Import duties and taxes?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and I encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with me.
If Import duties or taxes are due and you refuse to pay them, the goods will be returned by the courier to my Printing Provider.
