All glassware and apparel is hand wash only for longevity.
My package arrived and an item is broken. What do I do?
Please contact me within 10 business days of receiving your order with photos of the broken product and we will replace it as soon as possible.
There is a shipping delay or problem, what do I do?
Our shop is not responsible for delays on their behalf of the shipping carrier and it will be the buyer's responsibility to coordinate with the carrier for any shipping inquiries or issues that may arise.
