Custom and personalized orders
We take custom orders on a case by case basis. Many of our pieces are one of a kind and can not be duplicated. While we will make every effort to meet your creative expectations; please understand that we are limited to the colors offered by our ring suppliers and the availability of unique focal pieces, connectors, medallions, etc.
If you would like a custom piece please reach out to us with the following information:
1. Measurements (waist, chest, height, etc)
2. Photos of garb, costume, or an existing idea you would like us to match.
3. Time frame.
4. Price range.
Sizing details
Each girdle has individual sizing noted in the body of the listing.
The waist has two measurements:
The first number listed is the total length of the clasp, maille, and connectors.
The second number listed is the matching extension chain.
The overall length of the girdle is the combined total of BOTH numbers.
We recommend that your waist measurement clasps to the extension chain and not on the decorative portion of the maille. The clasp MAY NOT FIT the maille.
Chains of Office have an overall length noted in the body of the listing.
The length of these chains can not be adjusted.

Care instructions
Our maille is hand woven with a combination of bright aluminum, anodized aluminum, stainless steel and/or EPDM (rubber).
Anodized aluminum will scratch, fade, and deteriorate if exposed to harsh chemicals, abrasives, or other cleaning solutions.
We recommend if you must clean a piece that you use warm water with mild non-abrasive dish soap. Pat dry with a soft cloth. Hang to fully air dry before storing.
The metal of our connectors, jewelry pieces, belt pieces, and extension chains varies from piece to piece. We often can not definitively tell you what those pieces are made out of or how they will react to cleaning.
The safest cleaning method for all our pieces is a soft, dry cloth.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We will safely and securely package your piece to make sure it arrives safely and undamaged.
Usually in a combination of bubble wrap, foam sheeting, and/or tissue paper.
Wholesale availability
Since most of our pieces can not be duplicated, we do not offer wholesale availability of girdles, hip belt, or Chains of Office.
