I'm a mom with 3 kids who love receiving yarn creations. That means, I can't spend a year to knit a blanket!

But most quick knits are chugly (chunky and ugly) and I have high standards. So I like to make up my own patterns.

My hatred toward complicated and confusing patterns has taught me to keep my patterns just as easy to understand as they are to knit. So I write them in simple English instead of shorthand. This also makes them easy for non-English speaking knitters to pop the pattern into Google Translate.

Ah! The power of simplicity.
