We ship all our product direct from our factory in India

Yes, our fixtures are 110-240V compatible so they work in all countries.
How long time would it take to receive you products?
For most models we need up to 14 working days to make and then 3-8 days for shipping time.
What happens if a item is damage during transport or from factory?
If it would accure that the item is broken during transport or if some part was defect from factor we always will make sure to send you new replacement for the light it affect. It can alwas accusre that something goes wrong when we work with light bigger chanderliers. But we will alwas make sure you get replacements if it happens.
