Will my design in Corjl expire?
It is important to keep in mind that the designs you customize in Corjl do not have an expiration date. However, if Corjl were to go out of business, you may lose access to those designs. It is essential to understand that when you buy a design, you are essentially buying access to that design through the editing platform provided by Corjl. Therefore, Corjl is just an editing platform, not the actual product you have purchased.
How do I get access to my editable file from Corjl?
After placing an order, you'll receive an email (from Corjl) within 10 minutes. The email will contain an access link which you need to click to confirm your account details and set a password for your account. The access link is sent to the email address that you used to place the order.
It's important to note that a customer account is only created when an order is placed. Generally, the email with the access link is sent within a few minutes of placing the order, but please allow up to 10 minutes to receive it.
What paper should I use?
I recommend using matte cardstock with a 100-110 lb paperweight as it indicates high quality.
Do you offer printing services?
I offer printing services and have partnered with Prints of Love. While my files are designed for easy home printing, professional printing is often more cost-effective. The expense of ink, cardstock, and envelopes can be quite high.
Why do you need an account with Corjl?
An account is needed so you can save your work and come back to your templates later.
