I didn't contact customer service since I didn't think it was any fault of theirs, but I'm really not sure if any of the snails I ordered were still alive. That was because they had been in a truck during a national heat wave and dear ol' Kansas had been 100+ several days in a row. They were so hot when they arrived I really don't think any were still alive

There are lots of wee snails; they look so prehistoric! I look forward to seeing how they impact my small ponds.

Absolutely loved my snails! Amazing shipping and packaging. The snails were well cared for and even included a heat pack for the winter. There was also care instructions and instructions to introduce the new snails to my tanks. Every single snail was health and alive! I definitely 100% recommend, I will be a repeat customer. :)

I got 11(!!) snails and all of them arrived alive and well. They were packaged nicely too; the box did get a little beat up during shipping and some water leaked out but everything was fine inside the box. If I ever need more snails this is the shop to order from!

I got quite a bit more than was expected. The box took a beating with the postal service and leaked. All are healthy and active. Definitely recommend getting your snails here.
