What is the difference between Wood Stamps, Self-Ink Stamps, and Embossers?
Wood Stamps: These require a separate ink pad to be used.
Self-Ink Stamps: These come pre-loaded with black ink and are ready to use right out of the
box.
Embossers: These are inkless and create a raised imprint. They're only available for our library designs. Write the name you need and choose an orientation.
Depending on where you are most likely going to be using it. If you don’t choose one, it will be
bottom by default.
You will receive a full embosser stamp with a personalized clip with the design and name
chosen. When using it you’d need to stamp on a flat hard surface. Insert the paper between
the two plates and squeez the embosser with both hands or rest the embosser on the flat
surface and push the handle down til you feel a “click
Will I receive an ink pad with my Wood Stamp? What would I receive if I choose "Ink Pad only"?
If you choose the option Wood Stamp Only, you will receive just a wood stamp with no inkpad.
If you choose the option Wood Stamp + Ink Pad: You will receive both the Wood Stamp and a
high quality black ink.
If you choose this option, you will receive only a black ink pad to be used with your Wood
Stamp.
Can I return a stamp?
We do not accept changes or returns as these are 100% personalized products.
If you have any problems with the stamp upon receiving it, write to us and we will be happy to
offer the best possible solution.
How many times can I use my Self-Ink Stamp?
The ink inside your Self-Ink Stamp lasts for approximately 5,000 prints or a year.
What can I do when my Self-Ink Stamp runs out of ink?
When your Self-Ink Stamp runs out of ink, you have two options:
- Buy a little bottle of ink and refill it.
- Buy an ink replacement and change it.
We have a video tutorial available for you to watch. Please contact us and we will send you the
link so you can watch it. It is very simple.
How does the clothing stamp work?
We work with the best quality ink from the brand MINE, a pioneer in textile ink.
We recommend washing new clothes before stamping to ensure the ink adheres properly.
Before stamping on your clothes, stamp several times on paper on a firm flat surface until you
get a good impression.
When applying the stamp to fabric, hold it firmly on a smooth and stable surface. Once it is
done, we recommend not washing it for 24 hours. If you are using it on wool, knitwear, etc., we
recommend stamping on the label instead of on the fabric itself.
The ink will stay in your clothes up to 60 washes at 30ºC. As you raise the temperature, the
number of washes the ink will last will be reduced.

How long does it take for my order to arrive? and Shipping Costs
Etsy gives you an estimate during your order process but in general lines, approximate:
Spain: 2 working days for production and 2 days tops for delivery.
Europe: 2-3 working days for production, and about 7 working days for delivery.
United States: 2-3 working days for production, and 7-12 working days for delivery.
Australia, New Zealand, Canada: 2-3 working days for production, and approx 14 working days
for delivery.
If your country is not listed here, you can also ask us in a messages.
We offer FREE, tracked and fast shipping for most countries.
There are some countries where this kind of shipping is not available, and is only possible with
an upgrade to EXPRESS. If your order falls into this category, we will notify you
How can I track my order? Why is my USPS tracking number not updating?
Your tracking number will be displayed once your order has been shipped. Once it arrives at
the destination country your local post office will be the one responsible for the delivery of the
package.
Your stamp is shipped via express mail from Spain to the US with a different tracking number.
Once the item arrives in the USA, the USPS tracking will update. Unfortunately, we cannot
provide two tracking numbers for the same order. Rest assured, the tracking information will
update and it will arrive inside the estimated time given from the start. If there is any problem,
don’t hesitate to contact us.
