Do you except returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of my items, returns and exchanges are not accepted. They are one of a kind, some products that are used are no longer available.
Will my card come with a envelope?
Yes! each card will come with a new envelope for your use.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that, orders may already be in progress.
How long will it take to ship my card/cards?
Orders are typically ship within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise noted in the listing.

Are there possible shipping delays?
