Our main manufacturing is in Ukraine, but due to conflict, we had to create a new branch in Europe (Lisboa, Portugal) and a fulfillment center in the USA (Pembroke Park, FL, USA).
UPS Mail Innovations is a joint venture between UPS and the United States Postal Service (USPS). The service combines the reliability of the UPS network with last-mile delivery provided by the USPS. Mail Innovations handles the pickup, processing, and interim transportation of numerous parcels at once, then hands off the final delivery to the USPS for completion. It takes a little bit longer than usual delivery, but that way, it is a cost-effective way to send packages.
Expedited shipping to the EU via UPS takes 5-7 business days.

The EU Omnibus Directive regulation (14-day returns and exchanges policy) excludes made-to-order and customized items. Only non-customized items are eligible for return.
