I ordered a Templett when I wanted a Photoshop template instead. Can you send me that?
Message me! If I have the specific design you ordered in Photoshop form, I will exchange that out for you free of charge.
However, if I need to create a design in Photoshop form, there would be an additional fee!
How do I get the watercolor effect to show up on my Templett design?
If you ordered a design with some type of watercolor frame and can't get the texture to show, you can place your image and format it over the Watercolor area, click send to back, and then delete the sample image!

If you are a photographer or a wedding planner, I can create a custom coupon code for you to use. I also offer an option that gives you a free template of equal or lesser value once you use your code to purchase 5 separate templates.

How do I know what type of template I am purchasing?
I always describe what program is needed for each template in the item descriptions so be sure to ALWAYS read those before purchasing!
If you see the word PHOTOSHOP, that is for Adobe Photoshop only.
If you see the word TEMPLETT, that is editable online in your web browser using Templett's program.
My canva template is opening as "View Only".
Be sure to log in to Canva prior to opening your access link. If you open the link before to logging in, just log in, close that window or tab and reopen the link.
