How long is your processing time?
Our production time is 3-5 BUSINESS days.
After we ship, it’s up to USPS to deliver your item on time. Please have in mind that due to COVID restrictions within the USPS, the Holiday Season, and other issues, delivery delays may occur.
Can I cancel an order after it’s placed?
Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order, for a full refund. Please message us ASAP if you need to cancel as we might still have not started your order. Once your order is made and shipped, we are unable to cancel.
I didn’t like my item or there’s a problem with my item, what should I do?
Please message us right away if there’s an issue with your order and we will find a solution for you.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your item if for any reason it didn’t meet your expectations, EXCEPT PERSONALIZED ORDERS. NO EXCHANGES. You must request a return within 3 days of delivery, and you must ship back the item within 5 days of delivery. You will be responsible for any shipping costs. After 3 days of delivery, orders are not elegible for returns. You’ll receive your refund once we receive the item and inspected it. Only unused and unworn items will be refunded.
I ordered the wrong item/style/size, what should I do?
Please message us right away and we can adjust your order to the desired item/style/size. I start making your order in about 1-3 days, depending on the amount of orders I receive, so please message us ASAP. After I have already made/shipped your order, I’m unable to make any changes. I can cancel and refund if I haven’t shipped it but after I shipped it, you must return the order for me to issue a refund.
I placed an order and then the item went on sale, can I get a price adjustment?
No. Sales prices only apply on the days the sale is on and until the last day of the sale. Sale prices do not apply for past purchases or purchases made after sale is over.
