Hi all! My name is Yvonne M. Frederick. I consider myself to be well experienced in various artistic mediums and only a few years ago did I start dabbling in handmade clay work and print work. In my shop may you find handcrafted jewelry and accessories, art prints, and more! All items are created in a fur-friendly/smoke-free home.

Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I do not accept returns however I will exchange items that are unintended for wear if you feel that there was a discrepancy in the description/color of the item in question. Paintings are excluded from being returned or exchanged.

If an item arrives damaged or a part has somehow become detached, you have five days (5) to notify me so that the item can be exchanged. Any damages following that can not be exchanged. IF an item is damaged, you must send me a "readable" photograph of the damage and you must give me a written statement detailing the damage.

If an exchange is to be carried out, you, the buyer, are responsible for contacting me within a seven (7) day period of time to determine a solution and for the cost of shipping the item back to me. (This does not include damaged items.)

*Once your order has been shipped, it is out of my hands. I provide you with the tracking number to ensure that you can follow the delivery of you package*
The majority of my items are handmade to order by me only. I have implemented a two week turnaround time for the making and shipping of the item ordered.

Please note that this does not include the time it takes for the item to be delivered to you.


I ship using USPS First Class and USPS Priority. USPS First Class includes standard tracking and may take three (3) to eight (8) business days to arrive. USPS Priority includes insurance and tracking, and it generally takes one (1) to three (3) days for your package to arrive. These estimations come directly from the USPS website.


--Customs- You are responsible for your country’s customs fees.

I do offer shipping through USPS First Class International. This may take ten (10) to thirty-five (35) days to arrive. There may be Customs delays that are out of my hands so please contact your local Post Office and/or Customs Office to see if your package is being contained for Customs fees or otherwise. Tracking may/may not be available depending on the destination.


If you have not received your package in the given time frame, please send me a message, here on Etsy, detailing your concern. In the event of a lost or damaged package, contacting your local post office as quickly as possible will most likely be your best bet. While I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items by the shipping carrier or after your carrier has marked the item as delivered, I will do my best to work with you to settle any issues.

The address that is confirmed at the time of your purchase is the address that I will be delivering the package to. I implore you to check your address to be sure that there are no problems before you complete your order. I am not responsible if I am given the wrong address and not immediately notified by you.

-- If a package IS returned to me due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the shipping fee so that the item can be re-mailed to you. I will message you for the correct address, and the shipping fee will need to be paid before I send the package again.

**All flat items (such as art prints, bookmarks, and stickers) are mailed domestically thru USPS First Class Mail--unless otherwise stated by your shipping notification. This option does NOT include tracking and is not insured. If it happens to get lost in transit, there is no way to track it's location. If you'd like to upgrade your shipping, please contact me prior to purchasing.
Additional policies and FAQs

My products are comprised of small pieces (beads, buttons, charms, rings, etc.) that can cause choking for infants, young children, and adults who need constant supervision.

Swimming with any of the jewelry is not advisable as exposure to harsh elements may damage the protective coating on the jewelry.

My items are made and packaged in my cat and dog friendly home so please don't purchase anything from my shop if allergies are a severe concern.
