Hi! Thank you for visiting our shop.
We're now offering DPD delivery for England postcodes! Typically 1-2 day delivery times and no strikes or Royal Mail issues. With DPD you can also track your parcel's progress and have options like leaving with a neighbour. in a safe place or at a parcel shop. If you'd rather Royal Mail we can still post using them - just let me know when you order.
All our items are made with care by us in the UK. Our designs have been worn to Buckingham palace, Westminster Abbey for the Queen’s funeral and the King’s coronation. Our items are also perfect for wedding guests, attending the races and more.
We hope you love your item ❤️ Buy with confidence as exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days if the tags are intact.
If you would like anything customising please allow extra making/messaging time. For customising there may be a small extra charge.
If you need to contact me please do so by Etsy message so I can answer as soon as possible.
Most of my designs are made for the right side of the head and some for the left. If you imagine looking at a person wearing an item you will see which side of their head they’re wearing it on. That’s the side it will sit on your head. If you’re not sure though I can confirm which side it’s for.
We offer different fits for some items. Headband is the most popular option but if you have thick hair or want to change where your hat/fascinator sits on your head I would recommend clips or elastic.
For heavier designs we usually add hat elastic (you can tuck it in if you don't need to wear it) if you've got an elastic colour preference please let me know or if you'd rather it made without.
International buyers - please note due to the postal situation worldwide I can't guarantee delivery by a certain date but will do our best to meet it. If you order please note that there are customs delays and postal issues in many countries that may mean your parcel takes longer to get to you.
The postage costs have also risen internationally but we do combine postage on additional items ordered :)

For Northern Ireland the postage will be Royal Mail first class signed for.
For US customers - the postage is Royal mail and then USPS when it reaches your country.
I can post to R.O.I - please let me know if you wanted to buy and I can get a quote.
Please check your address is correct and up to date - if your order is shipped to the wrong address I can't be responsible if it is lost unfortunately and will only be able to be refund or replace if the item is returned to us in the post.
I use mailing boxes to post your item in (not hat boxes) unless otherwise stated in the listing. This is to keep costs down for you. You can buy a hat box to store your hat in but the boxes I use are of a suitable size for your hat and sturdy enough to store your item in.

Which Fit Should I Choose?
The most popular is a headband. For ones on a thin headband they are fully metal inside. This means the headband can be bent inwards to fit tighter or looser to fit larger heads.
Other options available on certain listings are:
Clips - ideal if you don't like wearing a headband. They aren't always suitable for fine or short hair (in which case I'd recommend the headband option)
Hat elastic - a good option if you don't have thin or short hair and are wearing your hair up.
For some hats where they're slightly heavier we add hat elastic for extra security. You can tuck it in or remove if you don't need it.
If you need a thicker or thinner headband or elastic or a large/small head we can add extras or use a different fit if you let me know
International posting
Please allow extra time for international orders as they can sometimes take longer. If you're in a country it shows I'm not posting to I can get a quote on request.
