5 out of 5 starsThe print was beautiful, but the box supporting it was damaged in the delivery process & so was the print. The owner was very gracious, though, and offered to give a partial refund or exchange it without me having to ask! Would still buy through their company again!

Are the prints framed?
Nope, prints ship unframed. The frames in the photos are just there to show you how the art looks on a wall. The upside is that you get to pick a frame that matches your space perfectly.
What sizes do you offer, and will they fit my frame?
All sizes are in inches and listed in the dropdown on each listing. They're standard US frame sizes, so they'll slip right into any off-the-shelf frame from Target, IKEA, Amazon or your favorite store, with no custom framing needed. Love the look of a mat? Just go one frame size up, for example an 8x10" print in an 11x14" frame with a mat. Still unsure? Message me your wall or frame size and I'll help you pick.
Where will my order ship from?
Etsy may show a single "ships from" location, but I work with professional print partners in the US, Canada, the UK, Europe and Australia. Your print is made at the one closest to you. If you're in the US, it's printed and shipped in the US, so there are no customs fees and no overseas wait. Fewer miles also means a smaller carbon footprint.
How long will it take to arrive?
Every print is made to order, just for you, so it goes into production right after you buy. Printing and packing take [1–4] business days, and delivery usually takes [3–5] business days in the US. Shipping is free on all physical prints, and you'll get a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
How does the Digital Download option work?
Pick "Digital Download" in the dropdown and you'll get high-resolution files instead of a physical print. Nothing will be shipped to you. I'm a small shop and I send every file myself, so they'll land in your Etsy messages within 12–24 hours (often sooner). Heads up: the files won't appear instantly on your Etsy downloads page.
What files do I get, and where can I print them?
It depends on the shape of the design. Portrait and landscape designs come as 5 files in 5 ratios, so you can print in pretty much any standard size: 2:3 (4x6" up to 24x36") | 3:4 (6x8" up to 18x24") | 4:5 (8x10", 16x20") | 11x14" | ISO (A5 to A1). Square designs come as a 1:1 file you can print in any square size: 8x8", 10x10", 12x12" and up. All files are high resolution ([300] DPI) and ready to print at home, at a local print shop, or with any online printing service. Files are for personal use only.
What paper do you use?
Physical prints are made on premium matte poster paper. It's smooth and glare-free, and it keeps colors rich. Just a heads up: colors can look slightly different in person, since every screen displays color a little differently.
Can I get a different color or a custom version?
Just ask! I can't say yes to everything, but I've already made custom colorways for customers, like a navy version of a nursery set to match a bedroom. Send me a message before you order and let's see what we can do.
What if my print arrives damaged?
It's rare, but shipping can be rough sometimes. If your print arrives damaged or with a printing issue, message me within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo. I'll send you a free replacement or a refund, no hassle.
