Custom and personalized orders
I love creating custom designs. If you have something specific in mind or want to personalize an existing design, just send me a message with your ideas and I'll work with you to make it happen. Custom orders may require a few extra days for design approval before production starts.
Sizing details
Size availability varies by product. Each listing includes a detailed size chart with measurements for that specific item. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering to ensure the best fit. If you have questions about sizing or need help choosing, feel free to message me!
Care instructions
Every product has detailed care instructions listed on its product page and included with your order. Please read them carefully before placing your order to ensure the longevity of your item.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Gift wrapping is not currently available. All items are packaged securely by our production partner using protective poly-mailers for apparel and padded boxes for fragile items like mugs and tumblers. Products arrive ready to gift, but without decorative wrapping. If you'd like to add a personal touch, consider including a gift message at checkout (available on select products) or wrapping it yourself after delivery.
Wholesale availability
We don't offer wholesale at this time. StarletPort is a small, one-person shop focused on made-to-order products for individual customers. If you're interested in placing a large order or have a collaboration idea, feel free to message me and we can discuss options!
