Frequently asked questions

How do I receive my pattern?

All patterns are delivered as digital downloads. After purchase, you can access your files through Etsy → Account → Purchases, or via your confirmation email.

What is included in a pattern?

Each pattern typically includes a full chart (PDF), color and symbol chart, thread color guide, stitch count, and finished size details. Many designs also include a Pattern Keeper–compatible file.

Do you include thread colors?

Yes. All patterns include a full thread color list so you can prepare your materials before starting.

What fabric count should I use?

Most patterns are designed with 14 count Aida in mind. Finished size will vary depending on the fabric you choose, and sizing details are included in each listing.

How many strands should I use?

Patterns are designed for 2 strands of thread, which is the most common standard. You can adjust this based on your preferred coverage.

What skill level are your patterns?

Skill level varies by design and is listed on each product page. Many patterns are beginner to intermediate friendly.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

No. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Please review listing details carefully before purchasing.

What if I purchased the same pattern twice?
If you accidentally purchase the same pattern more than once, contact us within 24 hours. Duplicate orders may be eligible for review.

Do you offer physical patterns or kits?

Some designs may be available as printed patterns or kits. These are not available here, please visit www.starlumestitchery.com

What if there is an issue with my file?

If your file is missing, incomplete, or not working properly, please reach out and we will correct the issue.

Can I sell items made from your patterns?

Yes, in small quantities. You may sell finished, hand-stitched items, but the pattern itself may not be shared, resold, or distributed.
