My package never arrived!

Unfortunately, once a package is sent out, it is out of our hands. If your package was sent with tracking, as is the case with majority of our items, check the tracking history first. Contact your post office with any shipping issues. If your package is still not found, please contact us for more options.

I wanted an item but it sold out!

If that's the case, please message us! We would love to know that one of our items is in demand so we can keep making more. In some cases however, there is only a limited supply due to there being limited materials, such as our upcycled jewelry.

I put in the wrong address. Can you reship my package?

Putting in the correct address is your responsibility. If you enter the wrong address, we cannot reship unless the package has been returned to us and you are able to cover the new shipping price.
