AMAZING! 30 years ago, my aunt knitted stockings for my brother and me and I asked Mary Ellen if she could make matching ones for my husband, son, and mother. Within a few weeks, absolutely perfect, matching stockings were delivered. I am blown away by the quality of Mary's work and can't wait to have cause to order more :-)
My reasons for being in this crazy computer world.
Starry Home Crafts is a home based artisan project to sell my quilts, dolls and all the other things I love to make. I am pleased to be selling my art on Etsy. I have found a wonderful and supportive group of friends here. Handmade is a growing online industry, but it's more than that. Through the magic of computer connections, you get to know the story behind the wonderful art you buy. You have a keyhole to the soul of its creator. I strive to give you accurate, detailed pictures and descriptions of the work I do.
One of the advantages of buying handmade is the ability to get custom work. If you see something you like in my shop, but would love a different color or have a theme you'd like to see done in fabric, let me know. I love a challenge. You can leave me a message right here in my shop.
My newest endeavor is a shop to sell some handmade supplies, destash and hand dyed fabrics along with some patterns to use them in. It's right here on etsy and it's called starryhomesupplies.
Owner, Maker, Designer, Curator
I was taught by my mother from a very young age to love needlework. I've had projects in progress for as long as I can remember. Now I'm retired, my sons are grown and I am loving the extra time I have to create beautiful things.
New York State residents, I charge 8% tax. If you use paypal it will automatically be taken out. Otherwise, I add it to the invoice.

For countries outside the US, items will ship first class international. I will refund postage costs if I get a better rate than stated. If you want insurance, leave me a message and I'll send you an invoice for the extra cost.
For multiple orders, if the shipping price is less than I anticipated, I will send a refund via paypal, money order or RME.
