1 out of 5 starsItem was suppose to arrive between Nov 24 and Dec 2, never did, I contacted the seller, who contacted shipper who said I’d have it by Dec 8 at the latest but that never happened, still not received as of Dec 13. Customer service has been reasonable as seller provided refund but very unfortunate that the item has not arrived. Item was ordered for a birthday so disappointing when you order well in advance, wait and wait and wait and need to keep following up. Furthermore shipping costs paid were high so just overall disappointing experience.

Dear customer, I’m sorry to hear the replacement still hasn’t arrived. I want to clarify that a full refund was issued for this order, and a second decal was sent out at no extra cost—even with the added tariff fees. Unfortunately, current Canada Post delays; due to strike activity and the holiday season have slowed down some shipments, which is outside of our control.
