What is the turnaround time?

I always work to dispatch within 24 hours, in busier times it will be between 24-48 hours. If I'm taking a longer break this will be noted in the store announcement and at the start of the product description.

Are rush options available?

If you need your order quickly, please get in touch as there are a variety of rush shipping options available.

Do the cards come with envelopes?

Yes, all cards come supplied with a blank envelope ready for you to write.

How are orders shipped?

Royal Mail 1st Class is the standard shipping option. This takes approximately 1 - 3 business days and is an untracked non guaranteed service.
