Care instructions
Hand wash only with light soap and cold water. Do not scrub the design or soak your cup. Do not microwave or use in dish washer. Please remember that these cups are handmade and need to be treated with care!
Processing time
Processing time is the time the item takes to make/fulfill, it does NOT include shipping time.
Shipping
There are currently delays due to COVID 19, USPS is moving slower than usual with scanning in items. Due to this, we cannot give accurate or estimated time of arrival for orders at this time.
Once package is handed/picked up by USPS, we are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. USPS is its own service that you purchase your shipping from through us. Any shipping issues must be handled through USPS.
In the event that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, you must file a claim with USPS.
Incorrect mailing address
Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order. We will not be responsible for incorrect addresses entered by the buyer. You will not be refunded for the purchase if USPS loses the package. If your package is returned to us, you are responsible for contacting us with the correct address to be shipped back to you at the shipping service you'd prefer. You will be responsible for shipping cost/fees.
