If you are waiting for your order, allow 10 working days for orders in the UK and international 4-8 weeks, expect delays during the holidays

Unless you added on tracking I am unable to locate your order, if you upgraded to tracked shipping you should be able to do so via your order tracking number found in your purchases

•My charm is scratched!
every charm will arrive with a protective film which you can chose to keep on or remove - once taken off the charm will be clear and shiny !

•Can you draw *insert character here*?

•I want to cancel my order
If your order has been dispatch it cannot cancel it, returns are accepted and refunds offered only when I recieve the returned item

Gift wrapping and packaging

Your product will be sent to you in the secure packaging, packaging is recyclable and biodegradable so please be sure to recycle it!
If you'd like to send the order directly to a recipient let me know in the 'notes to seller' with any requests such as messages you'd like to include in the order :)

Care instructions

All products will last when treated with love and care. Over time with regular use it may become vulnerable to general wear and tear, but that okay, I’m sure you’ll still love it!

Refunds

I do not give refunds after 24 hours of order placement and if the order has already been dispatched
If there’s an issue with your order please contact me and I’ll help you out!

My order hasn't arrived!

Firstly, please note that orders to most countries outside Europe will take around 6 weeks to reach you, so please be patient as I cannot speed up the shipping process
Orders that have not been purchased with tracking will not be replaced I'm afraid.
I apologise for the lengthy wait for your item(s) in advance, but I hope they're worth the wait when you receive them!

All orders will come with a ‘tracking’ option when placed by Etsy default, please note that unless you have upgraded to tracked shipping this option will not work!
