Mylar is thicker and a great choice for multi-use stencils. We use 7.5 mil thickness. In addition, we use a semi-transparent mylar for easy alignment while crafting to help ease your mind about placement.

Vinyl is thinner, but has an adhesive back to help the stencil adhere to the art. This does make vinyl stencils a single-use product. While application is very important with vinyl, once applied correctly, you will have a smooth surface to work with.

Our stencils typically have about an inch border around them, so if you order a 12"x12" stencil, you can expect your image to measure about 10"-11". If you'd like exact measurements, shoot us a message. We're happy to help!

Absolutely! We can cut up to an 11 inch height by 17 inch length on Mylar. On vinyl we can cut up to an 11 inch height and then practically to infinity and beyond! For large stencil work, we can break down the stencil into individual components that you can then place as you desire.

On custom orders you'll receive a proof that you will be asked to sign off on verifying we all have our ducks in the same row. On standard orders there is no need for a proof.

Before anyone goes bananas, let us assure you our watermarked logo is online for viewing purposes only. The stencil you receive will be free of any logo markings.

We include in each stencil order a detailed sheet with instructions on the best way to apply your stencil, use it and remove it. Short of us coming in and holding your paint brushes for ya, this is the next best thing. And, at the risk of sounding like Forrest Gump, you can use our stencils on just about anything: Stencil a pallet, stencil a wall, stencil on wood, stencil on cement, stencil on fabric, frames, tile, doors, lampshades, glass, greeting cards...WHEREVER! Now, channel your inner Bob Ross and get creative!

If you are unhappy with your stencil for any reason, please contact us first so we can try our best to put that smile back on your face. A solid business name is important to us, but we know that only comes from happy customers!

Returns are accepted under these conditions:

1. Buyer must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
2. Buyer must ship stencils back within 7 days of delivery.
3. Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
4. Stencils must be NEW AND UNUSED. Any used items will not be refunded.

*Shipping costs ARE NOT refundable. If you decide to return your stencils, you will be credited for the stencils only and not any shipping costs.

Once we drop your package at the post office, we can not be responsible for any delay or damage in shipment. If the tracking number shows the stencil was delivered but you do not have it, please check with a neighbor or your local postal worker as they would have a better idea on how to help you. Feel free to reach out if your package is still missing in action as we certainly want to help you have the stencil you ordered, but please understand we can not assume the cost for replacements.

We all make mistakes, and we certainly have made our own; however, if your address is incorrect on your order and it ships to the wrong location, we can not be held responsible for a stencil that does not arrive or is delayed.

Please double check your address before placing your order. If an item ships to the wrong address and is not returned to us, you will need to place a new order and assume payment for that. We will not offer refunds or ship a new stencil at a discounted cost if the error was not on our end. In addition, if an item is returned to us due to inaccurate address, you will be asked to assume the cost for the second shipping fee. If you decline that, we will deduct shipping fees from your refund.
