Where do I find my files?
You should be able to view your digital files via your Etsy account. Under your account go to purchases and reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click "Download Files". Please note that you cannot download digital files via the Etsy app at this time. To download digital files on your phone/mobile device you would have to open up Etsy on your mobile browser.
How do I unzip the folder?
To unzip a folder if using Microsoft Windows , right click the folder and select "extract all" and then follow the instructions.
On a Mac, double click the folder.
I don't see any SVG files in the zip folder
If you can't view your SVG files, they may be opening up as a microsoft edge file. I know with windows 10 in particular it likes to open up SVG files with a web browser, and they will appear as microsoft edge files and be blank.
