It all started with a brush and a toy...
Hi, I'm Matthew and I've been practicing art for the better part of my life. Many of you may know me as Matcandraw- an artist in the Designer Vinyl community since 2007.
From an early age my parents were incredibly supportive of my love for art and to this day it is a passion of mine. Painting, drawing and sculpting were just hobbies of mine all the way through middle school but it wasn't until high school that I started pursuing art professionally. Since my introduction into the art world I've sold over 560 custom pieces of art ranging from drawings and paintings to sculptures and custom figures.
The majority of my work combines two of my favorite things: toys and painting. As you browse over my work you'll notice that I primarily paint vinyl DIY platforms such as Kidrobot Munnys, Kidrobot Dunnys and Hasbro Mighty Muggs. Though these represent the bulk of my orders I work with a very wide range of other platforms. If you don't see the platform of your choice available in my shop, please send me a convo and I will let you know if I can accommodate your needs.
Custom displays may also be purchased upon request such as a display base, placard, and/or box.
